White Gardens

White Gardens business center is an A class business complex erected in the territory of the White Quarter, located near the Belaya Square business center where the offices of well-known consulting companies, large banks and law firms are located. The huge architectural ensemble is made up by two buildings with the different umber of floors connected with a translucent arcade gallery. The prestigious location of the business center is one of the advantages.

The project investors were Coalco Development and AIG/Lincoln in equal shares. Later on, it was a consortium made of VTB Capital, AIG/Lincoln, Coalco development , TPG Holdings, Chinese Investment Corporation (CIC). In 2013, the business center was sold to Millhouse. The amount of transaction is not disclosed.

The key idea of the project is the harmony of functionality and beauty. The White Gardens business center complies with the highest utility standards and has the status of a "green building": construction was based on environmentally friendly materials that exclude the technogenic influence on the environment. Thanks to that, the business center passed BREEAM environment certification.

The White Gardens business center consists of 2 buildings with a different number of floors (12-16 ones). The object is equipped with the most advanced utilities. It's not by chance that the business center received its name: there are eighteen spacious terraces with gardens here, and each of them may be developed in accordance with the lessee's preferences. The first floors are a carefully planned lounge zone with restaurants, bars and numerous services. An indoor arcade with external terraces of restaurants and a glass roof is available all year round.
