Year of Coalco's establishment. The company specializes in asset management and investments in metallurgy. The company offices are located in Moscow (Russia), New York (USA), Zurich (Switzerland) and Lemesos (Cyprus).
Activity in New York. Construction and reconstruction of buildings in posh neighborhoods of Manhattan: 400 Broome St., 636 Greenwich St., 80 Lafayette Street, 201 East 14th St., 30 Crosby St., 79 Laight St., etc.
1995
1997 – three buildings were reconstructed at 80 Lafayette str., 636 Greenwich str., 400 Broome str. New York , USA, transferred for lease to New York's largest Research University.
1997
Coalco sold aluminum assets to SUAL and RUSAL companies by concluding one of the largest transactions on the Russian market. At that moment, the developing sphere was being developed as a non-specialized one.
2000
Under the guidance of Vasily Vasilievich Anisimov, the company started to actively work in Russia, USA and CIS countries, specializing on global investments in development and agroindustrial complex in Russia.
Building reconstruction was completed at 30 Crosby str., New York, USA. Now these are upmarket apartments with the area from 390 to 651 sq.m.
2001
Building reconstruction was completed at 321 Bowery str., New York, USA, and it was transferred for lease to New York's largest Research University.
2002
Building reconstruction was completed at 79 Laight str., New York, USA. In the 19th century, it housed the offices of the largest sugar plant in the USA.
2003
Building reconstruction was completed at 30 Crosby str., New York, USA. Now these are upmarket apartments with the area from 390 to 651 sq.m.
2004
Consolidation of land assets in the Domodedovo urban district with the area of 17,000 hectares. Preparation of 120 hectares to create the logistic center and sell the plot to Capital Patners and ICD International.
2005
Very complicated work was done to reconstruct the ancient manor of the start of the 20th century, Petrovsky Dom.
2006
Savvinskiye Palaty, the manor of the start of the 19th century, was fully restored and reconstructed.
The Master Plan of the Domodedovo urban district was developed, including the Greater Domodedovo residential housing project, included in the top priority national project "Affordable and comfortable housing for Russian citizens".
Start of construction of Khan Shatyr trade and entertainment center in Astana (Kazakhstan) along with Rixos, the Turkish company.
2007
Completion of White Square business center construction. Long-term lease agreements were signed with PricewaterhouseCoopers (32,400 sq.m.) and Deloitte &Touche (28,900 sq.m.). Construction of class А office center, White Garden, started along with AIG/Lincoln and VTB Capital.
2008
Master Plan was adopted to develop 1st stage residential areas of the Greater Domodedovo project with the total area of 2,000,000 sq.m. The 1st stage of A class production and logistic complex of Yuzhnye Vrata was realized (with the area of 100,000 sq. m.). The total area is 530,000 sq. m.
5 industrial buildings were reconstructed in Jersey city, New Jersey, USA, to create a residential complex with the total area of 98,500 sq.m., offering 551 apartments.
Realization was completed of Northern Domodedovo, class A production and logistic complex. The first stage of 76,600 sq.m. of warehouses was put into operation.
2009
Coalco received CRE Moscow Awards and Developer of the Year title, and its project, "White Square", was recognized best in "A class business center" nomination.
2010
Coalco and the Turkish company of Rixos jointly completed the project of Khan Shatyr trade and entertainment center construction in Astana (Kazakhstan).
A Pepsi Co plant was opened on the lands owned by the company.
The following plants were opened on the lands owned by the company. Pepsi Co John Deere, enterprises of Nestle (Switzerland) , Strabag (Germany) , Paul Hartmann (Germany), Mercedes-Benz (Germany), Scania (Sweden), Volvo (Sweden), Decathlon (France) and warehouses of Giffels companies, Eurasia.
Jointly with LSR companies. Real estate - Moscow. Construction was started of a large-scale residential area of Greater Domodedovo with the total area of 1,200,000 sq. m. The project participates in the national program "Affordable and comfortable housing for Russian citizens".
2011
Decision was made to build the Russia national park in Domodedovo urban district. The Domodedovo urban district was recognized by international experts as the first priority growth point in Moscow Region.
2012
Construction of White Garden, A class business center, was completed. White Square business center became a laureate of the first independent award, The Moscow Times Awards, in the nomination "Business center of the year". White Square business center became a laureate of CRE Awards in the nomination "Transaction of the year".
2013
White Garden, the joint project of Coаlco, AIG/Lincoln and VTB Capital, received the bonus of CRE Moscow Awards in the category "A class business center".
2014
The architectural concept of the multi-functional business class residential complex of Presnya City and Basmanny 5 apartment complex was developed jointly with APA Wojciechowski design bureau.
