The Bakery Plant Center

Zotova Bakery Plant was built in 1931 under the project of A. S. Nikolsky and is one of the best monuments of Soviet Constructivism. In 2015, when the reconstruction is terminated, the building of the Bakery Plant will dominate the new residential quarter, Crystal Towers, located at the crossing of Khodynskaya str. and Presnensky Val str.

Modernization of the Bakery Plant, which restores the historical image of the building that lost its industrial value in the newest history and preserves its individuality, will turn the object into a cultural and educational cluster, the territory of unusual shopping and quality food.

The Bakery Plant Center is located on the first line of houses in the prestigious historical and business center of Moscow at 2, Khodynskaya str. An active business cluster has been formed in the district, with multiple office and business centers located in the complex zone.

The quarter's peculiarity is its unique location and good transport accessibility. Year 1905 and Belorusskaya metro stations are situated within several minutes of walk. There is Belorussky transfer hub near the complex that unites the railway station, the terminal of aeroexpress train to Sheremetyevo airport, Koltsevaya and Zamoskvoretskaya metro stations, public transport stop. The total passenger flow of the hub exceeds 168 thou. persons a day. The distance from the Bakery Plant to the Third Transport Ring is 1 km, and the distance to the Garden Ring Road is 2 km.

The first floors of the center will contain an eco market of farmer products, a wine collection, a cheese shop, a bakery and cake shop with wonderful desserts and traditional bakery, as well as a coffee house. The atmosphere of holiday and hospitality, typical of a traditional urban market, combined the impeccable service of the modern trade center.

The spaces of the second floor will be occupied by a trade gallery and a children's educational center.

The third floor will house a creative cluster, modern exhibition, museum and public space. A new registration place for all the creative and non-commercial initiatives. Here you will find a bread museum, a culinary theater "Theater of Taste", exhibition and conference halls, an architectural studio, a book shop and a coffee house.

The fourth floor of the center is occupied with a restaurant zone. In the warm season, an open terrace will be arranged on the operated roof.

An underground parking with 1,177 stalls was arranged for convenience of the complex residents and visitors in the territory of the quarter.

The Zotova Bakery Plant complex is scheduled to be put into operation in Q4, 2015.
