Savvinskie Palaty is an ancient mansion built by the architect Semen Shlikht at the end of 19 century in the Classic style. A two-floor building with a basement and an attic with the total area of 1450 sq. m. was fully reconstructed by Coalco in 2006, with special attention paid to preservation of its cultural and historical value.
An original architectural solution makes it possible to use it as a residence and, simultaneously, as a modern business center as it combines the residential and working zones. The classical interior is distinguished by tranquility, reservation, solidity and sophistication. Elements of antiquities are used in the design of premises. The mansion is equipped with modern utility systems: autonomous energy and heating supply, central conditioning and ventilation, alarm system and fire fighting.
