A new large-scale business class project from COALCO Developer Company will be built at estate 31, Leningradsky Avenue, near Begovaya. The permission to construct this complex was given by Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee in December, 2015.
The total area of the complex will make up more than 289 700 square meters. Site Area 5.3 hectares.
The project involves construction of 4 building with the different number of floors. All the buildings will be united into one whole by the underground levels where an underground parking will be located. The complex will include flats and apartments with the area from 30.4 to 113.5 sq.m.
Besides housing, it is planned to build objects of infrastructure: a kindergarten, a fitness center and trade areas. The territory of the complex will be fenced and improved, and it will be equipped with children's play complexes and sports grounds, pedestrian alleys, rest zones, lawns and flowerbeds.
The historical and cultural dominant figure of the complex will be the monument of architecture, the well-known Tsar Pavilion, the main building of the large complex of structures from the All-Russian Trade and Industry Exhibition held in 1882 built especially for the tsar’s family by the start of the 15th All-Russian Trade and Industry Exhibition held in 1882. Today the only object preserved of the whole architectural ensemble called to show the power, pride and glory of Russia is the stone building of this pavilion erected by well-known Moscow architects, A. S. Kaminsky and A. E. Veber.
The complex is located within walking distance from Dinamo metro station, just 15 minutes' walk from Byelorussian station from which you can get to Sheremetyevo airport within half an hour. Leningradsky Avenue, located near the complex, leads to popular country destinations, Pyatnitskoe, Volokolamskoe and Novorizhskoe.
The sports park Dinamo, as well as Petrovsky park, a wonderful place for family walks, are located in proximity of the complex.
