On October 26, 2016, a public hearing of planning and boundary marking projects for placement of the integrated residential housing development under the Greater DOMODEDOVO Project took place at the assembly hall of School No. 9 of the Yuzhny Micro-District.

Igor Kolobov, Deputy Head of the Administration of the Domodedovo Urban District and Chairman of the Commission, opened the hearing with an opening speech devoted to the hearing procedures. The main item of the public hearing was social infrastructure facilities that will make it possible to create a comfortable environment in the Yuzhny Micro-District for living of both adults and children of any age.

Yekaterina Suvorova, a representative of Coalco Development, presented an integrated development concept paying special attention to the social infrastructure of the Micro-District. All social facilities, such as new kindergartens, schools, a physical culture & recreational center, libraries, a creative children center, and an artistic school, were presented on information stands. The integrated development project includes not only the residential component but also important infrastructural projects, such as a fire house, adult and children clinics, and an ambulance station. Household services include an integrated social service center for the population, a multifunctional center, a post office, and a police station.

Land improvement and amenity planting were discussed actively with the residents. Yekaterina Suvorova answered all questions during the public hearing relating to the development of the transport and parking infrastructure and spoke about the possibility for the Micro-District residents to park their cars in the parking areas of Auchan, Leroy Merlin and Decathlon shopping centers. Even after the hearing was completed, the residents were making their proposals on improving the Micro-District to the representatives of Coalco Development and to the Administration of the Domodedovo Urban District.
