Coalco and APA Wojciechowski Architects started a joint development of the architectural and town-planning concept of the Crystal Towers project. The project is based on modern solutions and represents a complex of high-rise towers (44 floors) with the total area of 150,000 sq.m., 104,500 sq.m. of which account for residential part and 3,570 sq.m. of which account for the commercial part. A kindergarten for 120 children is planned for the convenience of future dwellers. Besides, there is a historical monument in the territory of the complex, a building of the Bakery Plant n.a. V. P. Zotov, that will have commercial area (about 5,900 sq.m.) after restoration. The Crystal Towers complex is scheduled to be put into operation in Q1, 2018.
