Coalco signed agreements for development of site plans for Velyaminovo and Kuzminskoe production and logistic complexes located in the zone of a new logistics cluster, Yuzhnye Vrata-2, in the south of Domodedovo. Participation of experienced designers makes it possible to take into account the interests of all the project sides and ensure efficient use of the territory of future complexes. Development of a single master plan for the new cluster will make it possible to increase attractiveness of the plots of land for potential Investors. The company is planning to finish the draft site plan development for both complexes before the end of 2014.
