Simultaneous construction of three 44-storey buildings with a two-level underground parking was completed at the Presnya City multifunctional residential complex. With in-situ concrete works being over, partition installation and façade finishing are being carried out in a speedy fashion. Commissioning of the Presnya City complex is scheduled for 2018. The solemn ceremony of the pouring of the final cubic meter of concrete was attended by representatives of Coalco Development, MR Group, VTB, SU-10 Fundamentstroi and project brokers. Presnya City, a multifunctional residential complex is among Moscow’s top 10 best-selling business-class new residential buildings. The rating prepared by Welhome, a consulting company, was based on sales volumes at more than 70 business-class projects whose development was currently underway in Moscow.
