Auchan corporation and Coalco concluded a deal to realize the project of building a multi-functional retail park with developed infrastructure located in Yuzhny residential area of Domodedovo urban district where Coalco is realizing the project of complex territory development and construction of over 1 mln. square meters of residential housing as part of the Greater Domodedovo project.

The total area of the plot of land for this project makes up over 12 hectares.

The Retail Park is scheduled for opening in 2017, which should improve the living standards of the population not only in this residential area but also in the whole Domodedovo urban district, and will also create additional jobs.
