ANDREY VOROBIEV, MOSCOW REGION GOVERNOR, VISITED COALCO'S PROJECT OF GREATER DOMODEDOVO

On August 20 Andrey Vorobiev, Moscow Region Governor, visited Yuzhny residential area in Domodedovo urban district, which is a part of the Greater Domodedovo project. This residential area is a project of the complex territory development. The project was developed by COALCO. The total development area exceeds 200 hectares, making it possible to build 1.2 mln. sq. m. of housing.

Moscow Region Governor had a look at the new school for 825 pupils and a kindergarten with a pool for 120 children, which will welcome children from September 1, 2016.

A meeting with the residential area dwellers took place as part of the working visit, in the course of which Alexander Dvoynykh, Head of the Domodedovo urban district Administration, told those present about the completed schools and kindergartens that will provide social infrastructure for the residents of the quarters put into operation.

During the meeting with the Governor, Ekaterina Suvorova, the head of the Greater Domodedovo project, presented a new territory planning project and its social objects: polyclinics for 700 visits a shift, a sports and health center and a 6-post fire safety station.

32 buildings have been currently put into operation in the residential area with the residential area exceeding 350 thou. sq.m.; 2 schools for 1375 pupils and 3 kindergartens for 900 children have been built and put into operation.
